What a delight to be able to speak with my dear friend John Cameron today.  John is a practising architect from Brisbane, Australia, who has dedicated his professional life to the development of truly sustainable housing - wholistic human environments.  For John, the design of a building must include both knowledge and innovation; pragmatism as well as poetics.

Apart from finding out that there is a lot more to an environmentally sustainable home that just recycling garbage and energy efficient light bulbs,  John also shared with us the next level of sustainability - A community based form of sustainability.  And the great need for a more creative attitude to living in a Post-Oil world.

Following are some links that John so graciously sent to me to pass on to you.
The Cuban reference http://www.english.ecosur.org/ is a great portal to some of the technologies I mentioned.

ACTION of the WEEK
Download the free paper by Bob Proctor on The Razors Edge – Click Here - opens in a new window

And then

1.  Work out what your BIGGEST dream is and then write that down, in detail.

2.  Then write down where you are at the moment in relation to that dream.  So you’re writing down your Current Reality and your Future Reality.

3.   Write down the main steps that you need to take to get there.

4.  Write down what you are currently doing to manifest your dream.

5.  And then think of how you can improve, escalate, or add to what you are doing to make that dream a reality – and write that down too.  Then take action on it.
