My guest today for The Learning Loving and Laughing Project was author and awakening coach, Arjuna Ardagh.
Arjuna explained what he means by “awakening” including that it’s a shift from thinking and conceptual living to living from our essence. It’s a move from thinking to experiencing in the present.
Arjuna went on to explain that one of the greatest benefits of this is a return to ourselves. It dissolves the feeling of separation within ourselves; and also between ourselves and others and can transform our life in many ways especially with regard to relationships.
The experience of awakening can happen in different ways to different people and is generally something that occurs gradually.
And what of the major shift occurring on our planet at the moment?
“Humanity has reached a point where the state of consciousness we regard as normal is no longer sustainable – is no longer viable. … that this is an opportunity for us to evolve to a different state of consciousness.”
The key to this time – is to be of genuine service and contribution to others.
