		<description><![CDATA[I disagree with Lord Monckton that the planet is not heating.  However, I argee with him that the primary cause is NOT CO2.
I am also STRONGLY against Environmental Trading agreements, and have been ever since that were first spoken of 15+ years ago.  More on that in a separate post shortly.
